Product Description

N,N,N'',N''-Tetramethylethylendiamine (TEMED) is used with ammonium persulfate (GE6204) as an initiator of polymerisation. It is used in gel electrophoresis, catalysing the polymerisation of acrylamide and bis-acrylamide to form polyacrylamide gels.
